A new orchid species was discovered in Hon Ba, Khanh Hoa

Veryanov and his colleagues also published a new species of orchid discovered in Binh Thuan in Taiwainia magazine, episode 60, number 3 and named the pear- orchid Lan ( Cleisostoma lecongkietii Tich et Aver.) . The researchers compared and compared the two orchid species to be the same and the same species, and confirmed that the yersin species (C. yersinii) was obviously the synonym name (synonym) of the exhausted pear orchid species ( C. lecongkietii).

The exhausted pear orchid species (C. lecongkietii) is found at an altitude of 600–800m above sea level (Aver et. Al, 2015), while the yersin species (C. yersinii) is found at the It is over 1,500m high at Hon Ba Nature Reserve, and this is also a new distribution area of ​​this species.
