Breast cancer stem cell transplantation receives a Vietnamese creative award

The first prize was given to the authors of the study to design the technological line for producing elliptic coal from the coal material 3C to replace 4B charcoal in the brick and tile production process. On December 31, 2013 after three months of preparation, for the first time, Nghe An Oncology Hospital performed an autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplant for female patients identified with non-Hodykin malignant lymphoma. This is the most advanced method available today and the patient's recovery ability is 100%. After two weeks, the patient was discharged from good health.

September 2014 marked a new milestone of this hospital as it continued to perform the autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplant for the first breast cancer treatment in Vietnam for Dinh Thi Lieu (53 years old, residing in Yen). City).

Dr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, Senior Advisor of Nghe An Oncology Hospital, said that there are about 20 patients who have signed up for the next transplant.
