When watching the movie Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit, do you enjoy and enjoy being in a place like Middle-earth? To make those funny dreams come true, a construction company called Green Magic Homes created Cozy, a modular, fast-paced home model that mimics hobbit houses.

Cozy are modular houses , including pre-made frames, investors only need to assemble and decor according to their liking and imagination to create a perfect home. According to Green Magic Homes, just three people working a few days completed a Cozy house.
