Hubble Space Telescope discovered a new satellite of Hai Vuong star, NASA Aerospace Agency (NASA) announced.

S / 2004 N 1 , the name of the satellite that Hubble discovered, is about 20km in diameter. It turns around Hai Vuong for 23 hours. This is the 14th satellite and also the smallest satellite of Neptune.

Mark Showalter, an astronomer from NASA, discovered a tiny dot when studying the material rings around Neptune. That small dot is S / 2004 N 1.

NASA said that Neptune's 14th satellite has about 100 million times lower brightness than the dimmer star that the human eye can see. It was so small that the American Voyager spacecraft could not detect it in 1989 when it flew close to Neptune and photographed the satellites of the day star.
