Discover the 'monster' on the beach

A couple was shocked to find a rotting corpse of a "monster" on the beach in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Margaret and her husband Nick Flippence discovered the body of a "monster" while taking a workout along the beach of Bridge of Don, Aberdeen in Scotland. Mr. Flippence said: ' We are terrified. We have not seen a single animal that has a shape like this. It's like an animal from prehistoric times . '

This corpse curled up in the sand and was up to 9m long. The monster's head, ears and teeth are still quite intact. Currently, experts are examining the photographs to see if this is a whale's corpse.

A spokesman for the British National Museum of History said: ' We talked to one of our mammalian experts and they confirmed that this mysterious corpse could be of a long fin navigator whale '.

Dr. Rob Deville, a marine biologist at London Zoo, said the corpse could be a killer whale or a small navigator whale. Whereas whale expert Mark Simmonds thinks the animal has died a long time ago and was washed up on the beach by the tide.
