Discovered 600 ancient tombs dating back thousands of years

600 graves are buried beneath the rock and distributed on the two newly found hills in Sichuan province and according to the initial observation, these tombs were earliest dating back to the Dong Han Dynasty (25-220).

According to Chinese websites on November 6, 600 tombs are located on a rather large hill in Tan Tan district, Chengdu city, Sichuan. And finding it so casually when the workers are proceeding to clear the soil to build a building here.

Reportedly, 600 graves are buried quite deep in the ground, surrounded by large trees and honeycomb.

There are about 370 graves located on the west side of the hill, arranged in a ladder shape, like a high standing mountain, about 60m high. The remaining 230 graves are allocated in the lower position.

Initially, Tan Tan district government and archaeologists identified these graves with extremely important historical value, the earliest from Dong Han.

Archaeologists are now actively cleaning the surrounding rock and excavating, searching for traces in the graves. At first, there were many decorative ceramics, various styles were found.
