There are about 50 volcanoes showing strong underground activity on the moon Io.

So far, Moon Io , Jupiter is famous for a system of hundreds of volcanoes on the surface, especially the large plain Loki Patera . The latest data from NASA's Voyager 1 spacecraft published after tracking the planet's surface for two years from 2013-2015 shows many signs of volcanic activity on the planet.

Hundreds of infrared photos were taken for the interior, there were about 50 volcanoes showing strong underground activity and changing the intensity of activity over time. All are evident in strange, infrared infrared spots, changing over time that experts observed, especially the two volcanoes Loki Patera and Amaterasu Patera.

Scientists from the University of California, USA will continue to study further in hopes of new discoveries in the future. This research has just been published in Icarus Magazine.
