Tree Puya berteroniana

According to experts at Ventnor Botanical Garden, the Puya berteroniana tree here blooms after a century of existence. Part of the reason is that it is the hottest time of the year in the UK.

Its branches are 1.8 m tall and are expected to show off in two weeks and die. This rare species is a genus of pineapples and an indigenous plant of the Andes, South America. It is a popular tree in Chile.

Ventnor Botanical Garden is located in the Isle of Wight, England trying to develop the magnificent turquoise blooming tree over the past 11 years. This species is very fond of living in arid conditions and able to survive in very cold conditions but must not be wet.
