Remains of a tomb of prehistoric people found mostly near the entrance of the cave.

The survey results initially showed that the remains of a tomb of prehistoric people found mostly near the entrance of the cave. The cultural floor appears at a depth of 0.30m above the cave surface. The monument has a unique cultural layer about 0.40m thick, has a relatively soft structure, large moisture is formed by clayey soil in the grotto with dark gray color, mixed with archaeological relics. The delegation discovered dozens of archaeological relics, mostly pottery and little stone and fragments of human bones and teeth. These relics were discovered under the stone paving stones above.

The pieces of pottery found belong to many different ceramic individuals, which are the pieces of the pot body, the jar. Pottery has an average mouth size of 25 - 30cm. Most ceramic pieces have patterned decorations, mostly smooth textures. It is noteworthy that the ceramic body piece and piece is decorated with small circular pattern also called "stubborn" image. This is a popular pattern of Go Mun period pottery in the metal age . Some other ceramic pieces have patterns engraved in parallel or jagged diagonal lines. Some pieces of pottery bear the mark of dark black smoke, traces of used pot.

Special attention was paid to finding the tooth and human bone fragments inside a piece of pottery mouth, and a stone grinding table. The team also discovered the phenomenon of human bone in a broken ceramic pot has similar patterns to pottery in the excavation pit. Some pieces of broken pottery with bone attached.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Nang Nang Chung, this is the first time Tuyen Quang discovered the metal tomb in the cave. Based on the current state of culture and artifacts, it is initially possible that Na Tham cave is a grave site of the inhabitants of the metal age, dating to nearly 3,000 years ago. Ancient inhabitants here buried the dead in the cave, in the pottery pot, on the top with stone slices to mark.

Currently the authorities are planning to research and excavate this large cave in the future.
