How to transform Mars into a Second Earth

Scientists think humans can warm up Mars in many ways, making the red planet the second Earth, a place conducive to life.

Some scientists believe that at some point in the past, Mars was once a planet full of vitality and warmth like Earth today. Volcanic activity plays an important role in the circulation of the atmosphere. The hot core helps Mars maintain the magnetic field, protecting the planet from the effects of the solar wind. But then the core cooled, all the magnetic fields disappeared, the air became thin and the entire Mars began to freeze.

According to Futurism, humans can transform Mars's environment into a place suitable for life. First, we let the thermonuclear weapon explode at two Mars poles, melting frozen CO 2 to create the atmosphere. The newly formed atmosphere absorbs sunlight, causing the planet to warm up. The increased temperature causes the polar ice CO 2 to melt more and the process continues to repeat.

Many species of man-made biotechnology are used to change the soil structure on Mars, releasing oxygen into the atmosphere. Scientists seek to divert comets and asteroids flying to Mars, releasing heat from collisions. This process also provides extra water for Mars, due to the composition of comets and asteroids containing ice.

Humans put on remote red planet machines that emit remote-controlled CO 2 , to accelerate the process of atmospheric formation. Many giant orbiting mirrors can focus sunlight on Mars poles, releasing water contained in giant ice sheets here.

Whether used alone or in combination with these methods, people still have to find a way to reactivate the Martian core to create a stable magnetic field. According to scientists, any artificial atmosphere exists for thousands of years before dissipating by the solar wind. Therefore, humans have much time to transform Mars into a Second Earth.
