Incubator for hot water

Mr. Trinh Quoc Tuan, in Minh Tan Commune, Dau Tieng District, Binh Duong Province has built an incubator for hot water. Nearly all these machines are sold to farmers in the provinces.

Mr. Tuan took advantage of the air conditioner (broken) to retain good heat to cover the machine. The interior of the tray included eggs, a warm water supply system (37 degrees Celsius) with metal tubes arranged around the egg tray and connected to a circulating mini pump system.

Warm water is electrically heated and regulated by thermal induction - when the temperature is insufficient, the water is automatically boiled up and disconnected. In the absence of electricity grid can use battery 12V enough for the machine to operate. Warm water can be boiled out and put into storage. There is also a built in humidifier.

An incubator of 200-300 eggs / time, cost about 2 million. Machines from 800 to 1,000 eggs cost about 4.5 million.

Nearly hundreds of machines have been sold to farmers in Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh and Long An provinces.
