Matmo storm weakened into a tropical depression

After landing in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces with the strongest wind of 90 km / h (grade 9), level 11 shock, Typhoon Matmo weakened into a tropical depression.

According to the National Hydrometeorology Center, at 4am on October 31 , the tropical depression on land in Gia Lai province with the strongest wind of 50 km / h (grade 6), level 8.

Today, the tropical depression to the west at a speed of about 15km / h, goes inland and weakens into a low pressure area. At 13h, the center of the low pressure area is in the territory of Cambodia.

The Japanese and Hong Kong Meteorological stations also made similar forecasts of the tropical pyramid weakened from Typhoon Matmo.

Due to the impact of typhoons, the provinces from Quang Ngai to Phu Yen had heavy to very heavy rain. Precipitation over the past 24 hours is common 150-300 mm.

Heavy rains are likely to reappear in South Central provinces from November 4-5 onwards.
