Men 'peak' enough times during the month will be less likely to suffer from a dangerous type of cancer

Women are afraid of cervical cancer, so men also suffer from the risk of prostate cancer. But according to the Harvard University study, if "peaking" enough times during the month, the risk of disease will decrease significantly. But how much is enough?

One of the most common cancers for men is prostate cancer. This is a relatively dangerous form of cancer, because there are almost no specific symptoms because the disease progresses quite slowly. People who are ill do not know how to treat, so they have to pay the price for their lives.

However, according to a study from Harvard University, just "peaking" enough times during the month, the risk of prostate cancer will be significantly reduced. The ideal number is 21 times / month , regardless of sex or "selfie".

How is research done?

Specifically, the research team from Harvard University analyzed data of nearly 32,000 healthy men. Participants must answer a survey about the frequency of peaks since 1992.

The frequency of "peaking" is assessed in 3 stages: 20 - 29 years, 40 - 49 years, and one year before the survey is taken. "Peak" here is counted both when having sex and "taking a selfie".

The candidate group was followed up until 2010. Of which, nearly 4,000 people were diagnosed with prostate cancer during the study.

What is the result? The candidates "export" at least 21 times in the month have a lower rate of cancer than the group only 4-7 times / month.

"We find that more" peaking "cases in adulthood have a lower risk of prostate cancer," the team said.

According to the team, they have not considered the reason why ejaculation helps reduce the rate of cancer. But in some of Harvard's previous studies, ejaculation will help push cancer-causing substances in the prostate and testicles out of the body.

In addition, "peaking" also reduces the risk of causing inflammation - one of the leading causes of cancer.
