New method of producing germ cells in humans

According to a study published Sept. 30 in the United States, scientists from the country have found a new, effective way to produce human germ cells, replacing the use of cells. This is in the treatment of diseases.

The scientists did not perform as often as changing the genome to create proteins to introduce adult cells into multipurpose germ cells (iPSC) but instead developed the Synthesized RNA molecules are modified that they call modified RNAs.

They found that managing modified RNAs boosted the production of proteins in mature skin cells, which later turned into iPSCs.

Also according to the study, iPSCs with an RNA related to muscle cell development have made cells differentiated in muscle cells.

This distinction is simple, effective and without the risk of mutation.
