The new process is done as follows: in the morning, people will turn on the pump, the fish sauce system will go through the solar heat-radiating system, from here, the fish sauce is increased to the optimal temperature. This process is carried out continuously, brightly, and in a short way, so the labor cost is also reduced because there is not much need for the islanders. Nearly all stages are automated. Due to the active heat source, the system also helps to process fish sauce even in the cold rainy season.

The most outstanding advantage of this technology compared to traditional technology is the reduction of fish sauce production time by half. Besides, with solar collector plate, the production stage will skip the opening of the compost bin, so it will not evaporate, the quality of fish sauce so it will be more delicious and less draining. According to calculations, the amount of fish sauce is 30% more than the traditional stage and maximized by the optimal temperature. It is noticeable that this process is very clean, does not pollute the environment.
