Rarely: Flaming rhododendron blossoms into snowflakes on Mount Fansipan

Fansipan Peak covered a white color of snow and ice, and this morning the outdoor temperature remained below the 0 degree Celsius level.

Today is also the first day of the rhododendron festival at Fansipan.

Yesterday, parts of cold air affecting the whole North made the temperature drop deeply. Last night and dawn this morning, Fansipan peak (Lao Cai) snow covered trees and walls, the temperature sometimes dropped to minus 3 degrees Celsius, until 7am, the temperature remained at minus 2 degrees Celsius.

Rarely does Fansipan peak appear frozen when it has entered April.

As forecast, tonight and tomorrow, cold air continues to affect the North and Central Central, cold weather with the lowest thermal background of 15-18 degrees. The mountains are 12-14 degrees, the area is below 10 degrees.
