Successfully fabricated silver nano bearing the Vietnamese brand name

Dr. Truong Van Chuong and colleagues from the Hue University of Science have been successful in producing silver nanoparticles , applied in production to actively develop high-tech products, Vietnamese brand name.

One of the earliest and most widely used nanoparticles is silver nanoparticles . Research has shown that when silver nanoparticles exhibit distinct physiological, chemical, biological, and precious properties, silver sterilization activity has increased by about 50,000 times that of silver ion.

In recent years, the rise of antibiotic-resistant super antibiotic-resistant fungi, the study and production of silver nanoparticles to destroy them is a new and urgent trend.

The team has developed a new solution to make silver nanoparticles using a combination of three chemical, physical and biological methods. The group uses a mixture of extracts of various herbs to increase both the reducing and stabilizing agent.

To speed up the reduction process, the team used the combined effect of ultrasound, microwaves. All of these devices are manufactured by the team and, as a result, have successfully manufactured aqueous silver nanoparticles of varying concentrations.

Since this success, silver nanoparticles have been applied to the production of face masks with bactericidal properties, bactericidal deodorant solutions, and female sanitary solutions. With the silver nanoparticle filter, the team has tested the simple filtration device to help clean water for drinking.

In addition, silver nanoparticles can be used as a source product to produce a variety of products such as antimicrobial coatings, new plant protection drugs, support for animal diseases, aquaculture , tissue culture...

Silver nanoparticles combined with the extract of various herbs in water can be used to make new products with the function of bactericidal, mold friendly environment.
