John Harvey, a 42-year-old player, caught the giant fish after 80 minutes of wrestling at Palm Tree Lake in Chedi Hak, southern Thailand. John couldn't believe his eyes when he pulled the fish out of the water. He had to ask the help of two other anglers, Dan Hastings and Nanwam, to raise the 105kg fish while taking a picture.

"As soon as the fish took a bite, I knew it was a big fish. It didn't struggle too hard, but its weight was a real challenge. I have to be very careful not to make mistakes. Big fish to the point that it is difficult to hold on to it, "said John.

Coral fish is the largest fish in the carp family , often living in Southeast Asian rivers . They are on the verge of extinction due to being caught too much. This is a migratory fish. At fixed times of the year, they swim to other places to find food or to breed. They move quickly and mainly eat moss, plankton and fruits of submerged plants.
