Through identification, the inscription on the beer shows the tomb of the person named Nguyen Van Xach . He was the head of Cho Lon area , the grave was founded by his grandson Nguyen Van Hau.

On the beer, the name of the country at that time was "Dai Nam", the year of Ất Ty. According to the researchers, Dai Nam is the name of our country in the time of King Minh Mang and the year of Tuy Ty could fall in the years 1845, 1905 and 1965.

Comparing the status quo, the grave must be dated to over 100 years, so the 1965 milestone is excluded. Many people are inclined to hypothesis in 1845 because at this time our country has the national name Dai Nam. However, this time, there was no headship - only after the French captured the South.

Cultural researchers in Ho Chi Minh City continue to evaluate graves dating as well as discussing treatment plans. In the past, some ancient tombs were discovered around this area.
