The mystery of the 'invisible' prince before the thief for 1400 years

At the vacant land next to a pub and a supermarket, near the main road, the tomb of Prince Saexa lay 1,400 years old and no one, including grave thieves, could discover.

British archaeologists have found the "room in the afterlife" of an Anglo-Saxon prince named Saexa , the brother of the famous Saexan king in British history. He rested in a conspicuous position, underneath the mound on an empty lawn next to a supermarket and a pub, close to the main street in Prittlewell town, in Essex county, northeast of London.

The strange thing is that the tomb of Prince Saexa, though full of treasures, is completely intact, something rare in royal tombs. In some strange way, he has been safely protected from grave robbers for 1,400 years, though the mound on the top of the grave has collapsed. The works of modern people, randomly, also "dodge" the location of the tomb of the prince.

The grave is arranged as a room of people living with many familiar objects and many royal treasures, the only difference being that in place of the bed is the coffin of the prince.

Sophie Jackson, research director of the London Museum of Archeology (Mola), the research participant in the tomb of Prince Saexa, said they estimated that he died around 575 - 605 AD. He is said to have died in adolescence.

The prince's tomb contains up to 40 precious artifacts, which are the exquisite jewels and artifacts of the royal era. Antiques include an interesting instrument, belonging to the lyre; golden decoration part of a wooden vase; a sword, shield and spear; one of the Eastern Mediterranean flags brought from a Christian pilgrimage site . shows that the buried person belongs to the royal family, has received many expensive gifts from abroad.

This burial site was first discovered in 2003, but archaeologists have taken up to 15 years to excavate, which is why until now a new discovery has been made. This is considered an extremely important archaeological discovery and requires a large investment in skilled labor and materials to recreate the 1,400-year-old tomb.

Anglo-Saxon is the name of a people living in the archipelago, the present-day England from the 5th century AD. They are descendants of German tribes from the continental Europe migrating to the island. The indigenous population in this archipelago received many cultural and linguistic aspects of the Anglo-Saxon, contributing to the creation of the British people with many diverse cultural features today.
