The process of assembling the best-selling model of Boeing aircraft in history

The latest and most well-selling Boeing passenger aircraft undergoes many stages of production before being ready for flight testing.

is the third and newest member of the Max family of aircraft built at Boeing's giant factory in Renton, Washington, near Seattle, according to Long Room. The aircraft has a capacity of 172 passengers and a maximum range of up to 7,130km. This is the longest range in the Max.

Boeing recently shared the recorded video. After the fuselage was taken into a warehouse, a crane and other machines hung from the ceiling put this part in place.

Next, the wings and other parts of the aircraft were assembled before jet engine workers came to attach to the wings. Complete aircraft are pulled out of the warehouse, ready to perform test flights.

According to Boeing, technology improvements allow Max 7 to fly more than 1,852km and carry more passengers than its predecessor, 737-700 and reduce fuel costs by 18% per seat. This is also the best-selling aircraft in Boeing's history with more than 4,300 orders from 92 customers around the world.

The first Max 7 will undergo system, fuel and flight test engine tests in Renton. The first of the two Max 7 test aircraft will begin the test flight program in the coming weeks. As expected, the 737 Max 7 will go into operation in 2019 after being delivered to its first customer, Southwest Airlines.

"For airlines that specialize in high-altitude airports or distant locations, Max 7 is a perfect addition to their fleet. We are looking forward to demonstrating flexibility. and the scope of this particular model, " said Keith Leverkuhn, vice president and general manager of the 737 Max at Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
