Before joining the Manhattan project , Oppenheimer was a professor of physics at the University of California. After joining the Manhattan project, scientist Oppenheimer devoted his talents and dedication to his colleagues to the project of making atomic bombs soon to achieve results. The project was successful when Oppenheimer's research team launched the dangerous weapon named atomic bomb in 1945.

When speaking at a meeting in May 1945, scientist Oppenheimer was extremely excited and proud to talk about the invention of the atomic bomb. However, things changed when he witnessed the atomic bomb used by the United States when thrown into two Japanese cities in July 1945 .

The consequences of the two atomic bombings resulted in the immediate loss of more than 100,000 people. Thousands of others live with dangerous complications for the rest of their lives. After that event, Japan surrendered to allies.

Some suggested that the atomic bomb invention contributed to the end of World War 2 earlier than expected. After witnessing the heavy consequences of the atomic bomb, scientist Oppenheimer argued that he had become the "destroyer" of the world with a dangerous weapon invention.

In October 1945, after leaving the Manhattan Project, scientist Oppenheimer met with President Truman. Here, he said, the bloody hands of the victims died in two atomic bombings on Japan.
