The treasure on the ghost ship suddenly appeared on the banks of the Danube

The treasure contained a lot of gold coins and weapons buried under the Danube line for hundreds of years suddenly appeared.

Hungarian archaeologists were "hit" by the discovery of a treasure trove of many precious coins from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, finely carved daggers and including a cannon.

After hundreds of years of being buried in a deep riverbed, these artifacts suddenly appear ghostly and discovered by an amateur a few days ago at the riverbank near Érd, 25km from Budapest.

According to Gábor Gulyás, Ferenczy Museum Director, the unit took over and excavated the treasure, the cause of lost treasure for hundreds of years suddenly appeared in a prominent position is the phenomenon of drought raging in Europe, dragging the river water to a record low and these artifacts are exposed.

This treasure is determined to belong to a "ghost ship" that may have broken and lurked somewhere around the area. The evidence shows that it was a missing large merchant ship in the 18th century, buried under the Danube line and many antiques. Archaeologists are currently tracking treasure and hope to find the ship's location soon.

Archaeologists say that among coins there are many extremely rare coins from Pope Clement XII and Louis XIV. Many other coins are made from 22 carat gold. They and weapons are extremely valuable antiques.

This is not the first time that the drought in Europe has brought a bargain to archaeologists. At the end of August, on the banks of the Elbe River in the Czech Republic, a slab of mysterious words: "When you see me, cry" suddenly appears.

The test results show that the message on the banks of the Elbe has been engraved since 1616 and is actually a drought warning device. The stone tablet asks you to "cry" because when it shows up, the river level has dropped very low and people are about to experience a difficult period due to drought.
