Tuesday lunch is the most stressful time of the week

Picture 1 of Tuesday lunch is the most stressful time of the week Many workers in the UK have one thing in common when they say that 11:30 am Tuesday is the time when they feel the most stressed out every week.

Bimuno - the maker of health supplements in the UK - consulted 3,000 workers about the time when they felt the most stressed out of the week.

'People often think that Monday is the worst working day of the week, but that's not true in our survey. Tuesday is the worst day, in terms of both workload and stress, ' said Graham Waters, an expert at Bimuno.

The results showed that about half of the participants said 11h45 'Tuesday morning was the time when they felt most stressed. In addition, workers also tend to skip lunches to work in the third. More than 53% admitted that they did not pay attention to work in the second and 20% said they often left the workplace later than usual on Tuesday.

But the most worrying thing is that 23% of participants confirmed that they felt stressed on every working day of the week and nearly 15% said they had to suffer too much pressure. When asked about the cause of stress, 12% blamed the 'boss', while 9% blamed colleagues.

Fiona Hunter, a leading nutritionist in the UK, said: 'The reality is that many people are suffering from work stress. It can make us feel anorexia and harm the digestive system. You should drink enough water, choose the right food and use health supplements to enhance your body's immunity. A healthy body can help us overcome stress, fatigue when we have to work hard. '
