Immediately after receiving the damage information, VNR requested the Steering Committee for regional flood and storm prevention and control to directly direct the site to organize the rescue. So far, some sections in Nha Trang area have returned the train speed of 15 km / hour. Particularly, damaged railway sections in Ninh Thuan have not yet been overcome due to prolonged heavy rains and fast flowing water.

Preventing floods and flooding
