What created acne?

You may be uncomfortable when acne spots appear on your skin. But if you squeeze them, you can even increase inflammation and damage your skin.

To begin with, we need to understand the structure of the skin. On the skin with pores, under the pores are small pockets called sebaceous glands. These glands secrete oil called sebum to lubricate hairs, hair and water. Sebum is good for hair and hair, but it is also responsible for the bacteria called Propionibacterium Acnes .

Squeezing the acne opens the door so that the bacteria on your fingers get into the acne.

Usually this bacterium lives harmlessly on your skin. But when sex hormones are high (due to puberty, menstruation, stress, lack of sleep .), sebaceous glands are active, leading to loss of control. They produce a large amount of excess sebum, enough to cover pores. Pores then become an abundant food source for the development of Propionibacterium Acnes bacteria.

The number of bacteria accumulating is increasing triggering alarm mechanism in the body. The body confirms that it is a threat and sends it to the lymphatic cells to destroy the abnormally growing group of bacteria. As a result, the area reacts to inflammation. The skin surface is swollen, reddened and forms acne spots.

However, squeezing the acne now opens the door so that the bacteria on your fingers get into the acne. That will aggravate inflammation and infection. Because pores will continue to expand and acne spots will last longer. So think carefully before you decide to make a pimple.
