Why is carbonated water poured into the cup when it is poured?

Carbonated water is made by compressing, allowing dissolved carbon dioxide (CO2) into water or fruit juice, etc., in a sealed bottle. Carbon dioxide dissolved in water makes it sour. That is the carbonic acid or soda water that people often say, also called cool drinks.

At normal temperatures, carbon dioxide is a gas. If it is only pumped into the liquid, the majority will not mix. When subjected to a certain pressure, carbon dioxide will dissolve in a stable way in water.

If the lid is turned on, the pressure in the bottle diminishes, carbon dioxide emerges and flies away, bubbles appear. Pouring carbonated water into the cup, we feel foamy because of that. If you stir the carbonated water in the cup a bit, you will see a lot of foam.
