China's fastest charging technology in the world, 20 minutes full battery

Meizu, a Chinese manufacturer, has built the world's fastest mobile charging technology, called Super mCharge.

Super mCharge seems to be a revolutionary development. This technology has better charging performance, providing more power for conventional phone chargers. If you know about the physics, you will know that to increase the amount of power supplied, while not changing the battery capacity, your phone will definitely charge faster.

It's easy to understand, like a bucket of water, the size of the bucket is your battery capacity, the amount of water that flows into the bucket is the electricity that is being charged to the battery. As more water flows in, the bucket is filled. Likewise, the more electricity the battery enters, the faster the battery becomes.

Specifically, Meizu claims a full-size cell phone will now fully charge for 20 minutes. Compared to current charging technologies, this speed is fast. For example, the Galaxy S7, OnePlus 3, iPhone 7 and most other phones take 90 minutes to two hours to fully charge. Reducing the charging time to just 20 minutes will be a big "revolution" .

More impressive, Meizu claims their system will not affect battery life in the long run. Battery life is often a problem for fast charging. Meizu says the battery's performance is comparable to that of other devices, with about two years of use.

However, Meizu has not announced anything about when or where the company will launch this new technology, which just seems "ready" to debut. Android phones are expected to launch in the second half of 2017, with the introduction of super-fast charging technology.
