China telescopes telescope 300 times wider than Hubble
China once again expressed its ambition to conquer space with the plan to launch the Hubble 300-fold vision with the Thien-3 space station in 2022.
According to the Tech Times, Zhou Jianping, chief architect of China's manned space program, confirmed plans to install telescopes on the Thien Cung-3 space station early last week. The two-meter-wide lens gives the telescope 300 times the vision of Hubble glass from the US Aerospace Agency (NASA).

With a wider view, China's space telescope can map 40% of the universe in 10 years. The glass is designed to search for dark matter, dark energy and planets outside the solar system. Besides the impressive vision, the expected glass placement is also noticeable.
According to Zhang Yulin, vice president of the National People's Congress and former chairman of China Aviation Science and Technology Group, the telescope will orbit near the space station.
This close distance allows Chinese astronauts to quickly repair the device when needed, while NASA used to take 3.5 years to overcome the Hubble telescope's faulty mirror. Tiangong-3 dance station also equipped two robotic arms of 15m in length, helpful for repair work.
