A new kind of fresh blue fire has just been discovered. This kind of fire has a special way of operating, not like any other fire.

Researchers have so far been unable to create such a blue-violet flame, but now the opportunity has opened because they already know the method. In a report about this phenomenon, engineers at the University of Maryland in the US said the fire is capable of cleaning the sea when it can react to burn with oil spilled.

The way this fire works is as follows: After the engineers poured some kerosene, n-heptane into a round glass tank, then they burned them. This flame absorbs oxygen in the air, then separates from the surface around the glass tank, sending the wind in to make the flame spin. So a fire cannon was created. In order for the fire to no longer be yellow, the engineers slowly poured a small amount of kerosene, causing the flame to shrink gradually and having a funnel-shaped blue color. When the oil burns out, the flame is also turned off.

This type of fire has the ability to clean the sea when it can react with the amount of oil spilled.

Researchers are still not fully aware of this swirling flame , but they find that creating a fire and maintaining it for a certain period of time is quite easy. In the report, they said they kept the fire burning for 8 minutes.
