The turtle was released to the sea on the afternoon of May 3, 2011.

After hearing that a marine fisherman in Quynh Luu caught a rare and precious turtle, in the afternoon of May 3, Nghe An Provincial Department of Aquatic Resources Protection cooperated with the Border Guard, Quynh Luu District and the authorities. Tien Thuy commune meets with fishermen families who own turtles to negotiate so they can return to the sea as soon as possible.

After nearly an afternoon of analysis and persuasion, mobilizing at the end of the afternoon on May 3, the turtle was agreed to release to the sea by the fishermen and the authorities also supported the family with a sum of money. small. At exactly 19:00, 3/5, this strange turtle was released to the sea. Before being released to the sea, this turtle is still very healthy.

Thus, after more than 2 days of being locked up in the creek, the strange turtle is released to the sea.

Green turtles caught fishermen on January 3, 2011.

Earlier, on January 3 , 2011 , Mr. Le Tien Lieu, Quynh Phuong commune, Quynh Luu while fishing in the sea between Vietnam and China, caught the turtle weighing more than 70 kg, about 1m long. , the width of the largest spot is 70cm. After that, Nghe An authorities mobilized fishermen and turtles to release to the sea.

In the middle of October 2010 , fishermen in Tien Thuy commune, while carrying out fishing in the coastal area between Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, discovered whale carcasses.

Whales are nearly 10 meters long and are pulled by shore fishermen after being found dead on May 14, 2010.

The fishermen who are fishing in this waters have mobilized 6 ships using whale cords and proceeded to pull ashore. After nearly 2 days of over 45 nautical miles (nearly 100 km) at 17 pm on October 14, 2010, whale bodies were taken to Tien Thuy commune. This whale (often called his fish) is 9.5m longer and weighs about 7-8 tons.

Not long ago, on April 25 , 2010, fishermen in Quynh Lap commune and Quynh Luu caught a moon fish weighing 30.5kg, about 80cm long. The Moon fish was then donated by fishermen to the Vietnam Nature Museum to do scientific research and exhibits.

The moon fish was beaten by Quynh Luu fishermen on April 25, 2010.

Thus, from April 2010 - May 2011, Quynh Luu marine fishermen discovered and caught 4 rare and precious animals including: turtles, Moon fish, whales and recently (on May 1, 2011) is a strange turtle . These 4 species are all rare species that need to be protected, in the red book.
