If all plans go smoothly, the Chandrayaan 2 will land down to the South of the Moon on September 7.

According to ISRO, through detailed measurement studies, mineralogical analysis . at a cost of up to 140 million USD, the mission of Chandrayaan 2 will help scientists better understand the origin as well. Moon's development process.

ISRO said that through the launch of Chandrayaan 2, India wants to develop and demonstrate the technology comprehensively from start to finish in the Moon mission including soft landing and moving on the Moon's surface.
