According to a recent study by Chinese scientists, the species appeared in Europe from 14,600 years ago, 6,000 years earlier than the previous hypothesis.

In this study, a group of scientists during the survey in East Antarctica discovered a melted penguin sediment dating from 15,600 years ago and a fecal sediment of this bird has the word 14,600 years ago.

According to the scientists, these sediments show that penguins migrated to Antarctica about 1,000 years after the ice melted here and the number continued to increase.

According to the scientists, this is an important finding in the study of the evolution of penguins in the polar regions and the migration of this bird in Antarctica.
