Open love

Bussiness Insider believes that the quality of others' love is the first criterion when women consider an emotional relationship, especially a long-term relationship. Helping others, not calculating too much will make you more attractive in the eyes of the opposite sex.

Suppose a beautiful "ordinary" man, but who acts to help a beggar will be more attractive to women than the handsome but does not do it.

On the contrary, for women who want a quick relationship, they don't like the man who has this quality because of a slightly false feeling. They like people who look more indifferent, cold and handsome.

Metaphoric compliments

According to scientists from Hoa Trung University of Science and Technology (China), women like to receive compliments by metaphor.

For example, the compliment "My eyes are a little bit sunny today" or "My smile is like a mischievous ogre" sounds quieter and more charming than naked sentences like "My lips look too sexy".

In addition, people who often compliment with metaphors are smarter people.

However, the idea is that this feature is only true for Chinese culture or Asian culture.

Volunteers participating in the study were asked to look at pictures with different face shades. Scientists record the facial expressions of viewers.

Dr. Claire Conway (UK) from the research team said that most of the participants are often attracted by the eyes and smiles of the people in the photos.

The study was published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society of London B.

In one study, a group of men were shown photos of women wearing skirts with colors that changed automatically from red to purple.

Later, statisticians said that with a woman, men often think that women in red will be more attractive and bring sexual desire when she wears other colors like blue or gray.

The same is true for men. Prof. Andrew Elliot (UK) said: "Women look at men wearing red with higher status and earn more money and are able to advance".

Dr. Jun-ichiro Kawahara (Japan) thinks that people seem to increase their charm with others by only a small act of nodding.

"Research shows that by simply nodding, you will be sympathetic to many people, far more than your appearance," Jun-ichiro Kawahara said.

The study is published in Perception magazine in 2017.

When surfing on dating apps or when you go to a bar, you will definitely be more impressed with people with open sitting postures.

The research team at Princeton University, New Jersey, USA, said success rates on dating apps often come to people who post pictures for viewers to feel comfortable and open: hands facing out, faces fluttering upwards rather than those who sat on their knees, crossed their arms or crossed their legs.

The study is published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America.
