The mystery behind love affairs at work
They have a habit of flirting with female colleagues because they are fed up with their current job, not because they are too emotional.
Not only that, these people are also said to be lacking in the ability to understand emotions , not to feel the feelings of others.
Courts at work have more goals than emotional deprivation
Lack of ability to understand emotions means that these people not only do not understand the object, but also have no control over their own emotions.
That is the conclusion of two studies conducted by the University of Surrey (UK), to determine the true theory that courtship in office can improve a person's chances of advancing.
Lead researcher Dr Adrian Banks said his team drew the conclusion when surveying a group of 200 men and women.
'What we found was exactly the opposite of that hypothesis. Flirting with each other does not make the job better, and the men conquer colleagues because they are no longer interested in what they are doing , "the Telegraph quoted Dr. Banks.
