The relationship between personality and human lifestyle

Australian scientists find people who believe in fortunes often have a less healthy lifestyle, according to the Daily Mail.

A team of scientists at the Melbourne Institute of Applied Economics and Social Studies (Australia) explores the diet and exercise habits of more than 7,000 people and compares them to their personalities.

Accordingly, those who believe in life or fortunes have a less healthy lifestyle, than those who believe they can change their lives.

People who believe in life or fortunes often eat less healthy, have less exercise, drink alcohol and smoke more, leading to the ability to gain weight more easily.

Professor Deborah Cobb-Clark, who conducted the study, said: 'Research shows a direct link between human character and healthy lifestyle.'

The research results are very useful in treating obesity by impacting psychology to help subjects have the motivation to change their lifestyle.

The study also found that men and women have different views on the benefits of healthy living.

Men want changes in their lifestyles to produce physical results. Meanwhile, women want to enjoy the fun in the change process to have a healthier lifestyle.
