Simon Smith caught a group of terrapin turtles standing huddled on a hippopotamus back in Kruger National Park, South Africa, Sun reported yesterday. Smith believed that turtles saw hippos when looking for sunbathing places. It seems that the hippopotamus doesn't mind the small guests enjoying the free ride on its back.

"I think what makes this scene so unique is the amount of tortoise tortoise. As a cold-blooded animal, the turtles are trying to warm their bodies under the sun. They often climb on a rock or a tree, but the plate "The flat wide back of hippopotamus is equally reasonable. This situation is not a true symbiotic relationship. It is simply that hippos are enduring small passengers," Simon said.

Terrapin turtles specialize in fresh or brackish water. Because of their dependence on the external environment to regulate their body temperature, they often look to the rock, the tree segment on the water to warm the body. In this way, they can avoid crawling up and out of the predator's attack.
