Vietnam won two gold medals of the International Physics Olympiad

The two golden boys of Asian Physics Olympiads Bui Quang Tu and Ngo Phi Long excelled in winning the gold medal in the international arena.

On the morning of July 15, the Department of Testing and Quality Assurance (Ministry of Education and Training) said that the Vietnamese national team consists of 5 students attending the International Physics Olympiad in 2013 from July 5 to July 15 in Denmark. All 5 students were excellent in winning medals, including 2 gold medals, a silver medal and 2 bronze medals.

The owner of two gold medals is Bui Quang Tu (12th grade, Hanoi - Amsterdam high school) and Ngo Phi Long (12th grade, Son La specialized high school). Students winning silver medal are My Duy Hoang Long (grade 12, high school specialized in Lam Son, Thanh Hoa province).

Le Duy Anh (12th grade, Lam Son High School) and Tran Thi Thu Huong (12th grade, Le Hong Phong High School, Nam Dinh Province) won the bronze medal. The group will arrive at Noi Bai International Airport on July 16 morning.

Earlier in May, the group of students attending the Asian Physics Olympiad in Indonesia achieved good results. 8 students participated in the competition, including two gold medals and two silver medals. Two students who won gold medals were Bui Quang Tu (12th grade, Hanoi - Amsterdam high school) and Ngo Phi Long (12th grade, Son La specialized high school).

In 2012, all 5 Vietnamese students attending the International Physics Olympiad in Estonia (July 15-24) all won medals. Including 2 gold medals, one silver medal and 2 bronze medals. The owner of 2 gold medals is Ngo Phi Long and Dinh Ngoc Hai (grade 12, Bien Hoa specialized high school, Ha Nam).
