America launched a ship to Jupiter
Yesterday the US Aerospace Agency (NASA) launched the unmanned aerial vehicle Juno to Jupiter to understand the structure of the largest planet in the solar system.
AFP reported that the Juno ship was launched at 16:25 GMT (23:25 Vietnamese time) at Cape Canaveral , Florida. At exactly 53 minutes after the launch, the Juno ship separated from the rocket to make the five-year journey to Jupiter.

In the first two years the Juno ship will fly around the sun. Then it flew over the earth and then to Jupiter for the next three years. During Jupiter's flight through Earth, gravity from the earth helps it accelerate to Jupiter. When it comes to Jupiter in 2016, Juno will fly around the poles of the giant gas planet at a speed of about 30 cycles per year.
This is the first time NASA has launched a ship to Jupiter since the Galileo spacecraft flew to the planet in 1989. The Galileo entered the orbit of Jupiter in 1995. It plunged into Jupiter in 2003 after its completion par. Other NASA spacecraft - including Voyager 1, Voyager 2, Ulysses and New Horizons - also flew through Jupiter.
Juno will be closer to Jupiter than any previous American spacecraft. It is also the first ship to fly around the poles of the giant planet.
Jupiter has twice the mass of all the remaining planets in the solar system. Scientists believe it to be the first planet to form in the solar system.
'The largest planet in the solar system is about to reveal its secrets. Everything Juno discovered will help us better understand the origin and evolution of the solar system , "said Charles Bolden, NASA director.
