On the Eastern African steppe there is BaoBab tree, a very strange shape. The waistline is about 50m, it takes up to 40 people holding each other's hands to embrace 1 round of trees; height is just over 10m. So people call it a fat tree.

BaoBab is a medium-sized woody plant, the rice family (Bombacaceae), a dry home in Africa. In the dry season, to reduce evapotranspiration, the leaves fall out of their leaves to adapt. The rainy season returns, its porous body absorbs a lot of water to reserve. Someone has measured a BaoBab tree that can absorb 450kg of water; apparently a water tower on the deserted steppe. When it was full of water, the plants grew double-handed leaves, blooming white flowers. Fruit long finger shape, wooden fruit peel can hold water and wine. Delicious meat, plenty of water, very cool, is the favorite food of monkeys and gibbons, so they are called bread plants of monkeys.

BaoBab's leaves, berries and bark can all make medicine. Eating young leaves can prevent sepsis and rickets. The enclosure has many fibers used to weave yarn, weave baskets, braided rope or make paper.

Interestingly, the BaoBab tree is an "empty" fat man, the summer season can be used as a "holiday" place, the rainy season takes place for lions and temporary zebras.

BaoBab lives for a long time, about 4-5,000 years.
