According to the Bejing Times, the metro line in southwestern Beijing will become the first to operate a drone in China. The first two vessels will be handed over in May next year and scheduled for commercial operation starting in December.
The unmanned aerial vehicle will meet the needs of 1,000 passengers and run at a maximum speed of 80km / h. China's locomotive group (CNR) will supply 60 unmanned subway vehicles in Beijing.
Most metro lines in Beijing meet the needs of unmanned drivetrain operations. However, the operator must be present to handle emergency situations.
Shanghai Daily reported that a university is testing a new super speed train, which could reach the theoretical speed of nearly 3,000 kilometers per hour, three times faster than the speed of the aircraft. passenger now.
