Chinese spacecraft successfully coupled with Thien Cung 2 station
Thien Chau 1 cargo ship completed the third connection with Thien Cung 2 station and will refuel the station right on orbit.
The first Chinese cargo ship spacecraft, Thien Chau 1 , completed quickly connecting with Thien Cung 2 space station at 11:58 pm on September 12, according to Xinhua.
Controlled from the Earth, the Thien Chau 1 vessel started approaching Thien Cung 2 station at 5:24 pm in the same day and took 6.5 hours to successfully pair. This is the third pairing between two spacecraft using fast pairing technology . Before that, the pairing usually lasted about two days.

The experiment aims to test the ability of a fast ship to be coupled, laying the foundation for future plans to build a space station.
Tianzhou 1 ship launched on April 20 from Hainan province in southern China. Earlier, the first and second spliced ships with Thien Cung 2 station flew in orbit on April 22 and June 19. The cargo ship will carry out a third refueling for the space station before returning to Earth.
Two spacecraft refueled for the first time on orbit on April 27 and the second on June 15. China is the third country after Russia and the United States to master the technology of refueling in the universe , playing an important role in building a permanent space station.
