Ong Ampulex Dementor lives in Thailand
According to the team's description published in PLoS ONE, Ampulex Dementor is living in Thailand, which is miraculously capable of subduing prey to follow its will.
Ampulex Dementor bee injects a neurotoxic transmission into the brain to capture prey - usually a cockroach. The bee guides the cockroach - has become no longer known - about the honeycomb and spawns so that the victim incubates the egg instead. Bee eggs hatch in cockroaches and then become young bees eating cockroaches.
The bees attracted to them named Ampulex Dementor - adapted from the character of the Harry Potter story
The team consulted 300 visitors to the museum and found the best idea was to name the prisoner Azkaban Dementor in Harry Potter. Because of these, the guards take pleasure from the victim's spirit with a kiss of death.
