Do not put fish sauce together to prevent corona virus

Bacteria, viruses can be transmitted from each person's chopsticks through a cup of fish sauce to spread into the body, infect healthy people.

There are some Vietnamese eating habits that are not good for health. During the meal, everyone has the habit of sharing a bowl of fish sauce / bowl of salt, using their chopsticks to feed other people. Some people even use their eating chopsticks to "shake" the food on the plate .

Incorrect eating habits can cause bacteria and viruses to enter the body, especially now that there is a Covid-19 epidemic.

Dipping fish sauce together can be a way of spreading infectious diseases.

In order to limit the risk of virus infection, it is necessary to change the hygiene and eating habits in eating and drinking such as:

On the dining table need a spoon (spoon) / clean chopsticks to share. Feed others or take food for yourself with shared chopsticks / spoons.

Do not let shared spoons / chopsticks when touching food with your food bowl or the bowl of others with the tray.

Each person has their own bowl of salt dipping sauce / plate to use.

In addition, some habits need to be changed or temporarily stopped during an epidemic such as "eating or chewing." This way of eating is not common, but it still happens in some places.

In addition to fertilizing chewing rice, some people also drink water and juice for children. When feeding children with powder, some people have a habit of putting spoonfuls of powder into their mouths to allow them to cool before applying them. The above habits are not hygienic, are the source of transmission of infectious diseases through eating, breathing.
