ERO: Concrete demolition robot
ERO can destroy and collect solid waste from concrete.
Destroying a large building is not easy when engineers may have to use explosives to break up huge blocks of concrete. However, that job has now become much easier and more secure with the dedicated concrete demolition robot called ERO . This is a product designed and manufactured by Omer Haciomeroglu and it won an ISDA patent.
The ERO will destroy concrete in small increments using a high pressure jet to crack and break the concrete. The solid waste obtained is a mixture of sand, gravel, stone, cement that will be packed in large bags for recycling and use for other construction works. In particular, the ERO is appreciated for its sleek, compact, low noise performance and does not create dense dust clouds when performing concrete demolition.
However, as demolition rates are not as fast as some conventional methods, the ERO is rarely used for large industrial projects. In the future, Omer Haciomeroglu will continue to improve to help increase ERO productivity.
