Explain the story of cannibal dogs

Dogs are always proud to be considered the best friends of humans. However, sometimes it happens that the dog eats or other body parts of the owner, as in some cases below.

Why do cannibal dogs?

According to the Associated Press, James Little, 61, called 911 for help after discovering his dog chewed three toes while sleeping. Explaining the phenomenon, animal experts say that his dog is not interested in human flesh, but acts instinctively to help remove the diseased meat.

Mr. Little has diabetes , and one of the symptoms is loss of hand or foot feeling. The dog, like Shiba Inu of Japan, merely wanted to help the owner and showed no signs of danger, according to the Douglas County Animal Control Agency. However, Mr. Little decided not to keep dogs anymore, especially in his current illness.

This girl is already suffering from ulcers in her feet. In August, a Michigan dog chewed on most of the owner 's big toe, also a diabetic, after drinking it.
