Chu Van An

Chu Van An (1292 - 1379) whose real name is Chu An, named Tieu An, whose name is Linh Triet, is the most famous teacher in Vietnamese history. He used to pass Thai students' exams but did not like the school so he opened a school in Huynh Cung village on To Lich river (Hanoi).

Chu Van An is famous for its extensive education, high moral character, cleanliness, keeping secretives, not seeking fame and reputation, and students studying very much. He was invited by King Tran Minh Tong to teach at Quoc Tu Giam. He was the teacher of Prince Tran Vuong, who became King Tran Hien Tong later. With the righteous nature, Chu Van An once offered "The Lost King " , asked King Tran Du Tong to behead the seven names of the song of the gods rejected by the king. After that, he went to hide, went to live near the Phoenix Mountain, Chi Linh, Hai Duong, to be a teacher until his death.

Nguyen Binh Khiem

Nguyen Binh Khiem (1491-1585) is Hanh Phu himself, the name of Bach Van layman is also known as the familiar name of the Process. He is famous for his straightforward character, moral character and outstanding poetry.

Le Quy Don

Nguyen Thiep

"La Son Phu Tu" Nguyen Thiep (1723 - 1804) is a famous singer of the late Le and Tay Son generations. He was born into a noble family. In the year of 26-year-old Nguyen Thiep, after passing the valedictorian of the Huong prize, he did not stay to attend the Association but stayed in hiding due to dissatisfaction with the faculty system.

By the age of 33, he was appointed to oversee the local study. Witnessing many things left and right, he retired from the school. In 1791, King Quang Trung set up the "Sung Chinh Library" in his hidden place and invited him to be the director. Since then, he devoted himself to translating Chinese books into Nom to teach and popularize in the people.

Nguyen Dinh Chieu

Nguyen Dinh Chieu (1822 - 1888), himself, Manh Trach, Hieu Trong Phu, and Hoi Trai, also known as the intimate name of Uncle Chieu. He was one of the great poets and culturalists in the 19th century in the history of Vietnamese literature.
