Fast cancer detection device
American researchers have introduced a new device that can detect dozens of types of cancer by means of a one-time blood test.
At the TEDGlobal conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil last week, Miroculus launched its product called Miriam . This is a breakthrough in biotechnology that allows for the identification of dozens of different types of cancer quickly, easily and inexpensively, with users taking only a small sample of blood for testing, Science Alert reporting.

For this device to work, a patient's blood sample should be taken on a test plate, consisting of 96 small holes, capable of detecting microRNAs - a type of nucleic acid that acts as a human genetic material. Each of these holes contains special biological molecules that emit green light when it recognizes microRNAs in blood-related blood samples.
The experiment was then run on a Miriam device for a total of 60 minutes. The Miriam device compares the results and passes the information to an application on the medical staff's smartphone, indicating whether the cancer is present, if any.
Founders at the company Miroculus said the price of the device is $ 500. New cancer diagnostic devices will soon be put to use in the future and distributed to hospitals around the world, medical staff can diagnose patients immediately, creating a penny. New in detection, control of cancer. Early detection is one of the prerequisites for rescuing people with cancer.
