First shot of the close-up of Comet Hartley 2
A space exploration ship of the American Aeronautics Agency (NASA) captured the comet close-up shots Hartley 2 for the first time.
Precious photos were sent to Earth on February 4 when the Deep Impact expedition flew about 700km from Hartley 2. Deep Impact has taken thousands of photos with two telescopes equipped with digital cameras and offline infrared spectrometer.

Ed Weiler, a NASA official, said that this is the first time in the history of the comedian's close-up Hartley 2. NASA scientists say the first images of comets show new details about the volume of comets along with the vapor and dust masses sprayed from the surface of this object.
Looking near Hartley comet 2 is like a "peanut" nut
Comet Hartley 2 is about 2km long, 0.5km wide and shaped like a ' peanut ' nut . Comets are known as part of a collection of steam, frozen water and dust that have formed the outer planets of the solar system more than 4 billion years ago.
