India established a space defense force

According to the BBC News Agency, India said it will establish an army of cosmic defenses to prevent possible attacks from space. According to Mr. S.Tyagi, IAF commander, the army will protect the country's territorial sovereignty and property.

Press Trust of India news agency quoted Mr Tyagi as saying the plan is to take advantage of India's space. Earlier, Russian President V. Putin voiced his support for a call for an unarmed universe of Indian Prime Minister M.Singh after China tried to launch a satellite missile on 11.1. Mr. Tyagi revealed that the IAF will call on people to help with the project.

According to military sources, the IAF will establish a force like the North American Space Agency established by the US and Canada to detect and trace dangerous artificial objects in the universe.
